    Mr. Adib Alzamil is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jadwa Investment Company and Fajr Capital. Concurrently, he is the Managing Director of Finance & Investment of Zamil Group Holding Company since year 2000. Mr. Alzamil was formerly the Managing Director of Zamil Industrial Investment Company from 1975 to 1998 and Zamil Air Conditioners from 1975 to 1998.

    Mr. Alzamil is a member of the Board of Directors of Zamil Group Holding Company, Sanabil Company. Mr. Alzamil holds Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Portland State University, Oregon, USA.

    Mr. Abdulaziz Alsubeaei is a Board Member of Mohammed I. Alsubeaei & Sons Investment Company (MASIC), Member of the Executive Committee, and the Chairman of MASIC Logistics.  He played a leading role in transforming MASIC to be one of the leading family owned businesses in Saudi Arabia, as well as drafting and implementing the family governance framework.

     He was a Founder’s Committee Member of Bank AlBilad, and is a founding Board Member of Jadwa Investment.  He served as Chairman of Jabal Omar Development Co. from Aug 2015 till Jan 2020.  Presently holds positions as a Board Member of Fajr Capital, Dubai, Vice Chairman of Jadwa Investment, Vice Chairman of Saudi Mechanical Industries Co. (SMI), Board Member of National Aquaculture Group (NAQUA), Board Member of Farabi Petrochemicals Co.  He is also an active member of the board of National Centre of Family Business in Saudi Arabia.
     

    Mr. Alsubeaei holds a B.A. in Business Administration from King Saud University

    Mr. Abdulrahman Alrowaita is the Managing Director & Board Member of Aseer Company and Senior Vice President of Dallah Al Baraka Group.  He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Halwani Brothers Company.

    Mr. Alrowaita is a member of the Board of Directors of Jadwa Investment Company, Saudi Research & Marketing Group, Emaar The Economic City and Al Khozama Management Company. He is the Chairman of Audit and Risk Committee of Jadwa Investment Company.

    Mr. Alrowaita holds Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.

    Iqbal Ahmad Khan is the Chief Executive Officer of Fajr Capital. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam, Cravia Group and MENA Infrastructure. Prior to Fajr Capital, he was the founding CEO of HSBC Amanah, where he built the business and team over eight years into one of the fastest growing and most successful emerging businesses in the HSBC Group. 

    He is a long-time advocate of the Islamic financial services industry, serving as an advisor to government initiatives in Brunei, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. He is currently a Member of the Global Development Council at Harvard Kennedy School’s Center for International Development. 

    He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics and Chemistry, both from Aligarh Muslim University. He is the recipient of several industry and global accolades, including the Royal Award for Islamic Finance, a biannual prize presented by HM the King of Malaysia, and a Lifetime Achievement Award presented by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister of the UAE.

    Mr. Michael John Powell is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Thematic Capital Partners and Senior Partner of GCS Capital.  He is a member of the Board of Directors of Jadwa Investment, Fajr Capital and Exogenesis Corporation. He is a Senior Advisor to Moore Capital, a USD20bn Hedge Fund.

    Mr. Powell was formerly a Group General Manager & Global Head of Markets of HSBC and a member of the HSBC Group Executive Committee. For 24 years of service at HSBC, he started as a Derivatives Trader and promoted to different key positions that include being Treasurer in Australia, Head of Markets in Hongkong, and Global Head of Markets in Europe. 

    As an entrepreneur, Mr. Powell co-founded Hedgehogs, a social network site for finance, currently being used by Reuters Plc as their web 2.0 initiative. Also, he co-founded TEN, a sports networking company and Curverider, a software company. Mr. Powell is a FSA registered and he holds MBA from Henley Business School .

    Mr.Christopher is the Chairman of Montagu. He joined Montagu in 1991 and has over 30 years experience of investing in unquoted companies. He was appointed Chief Executive in 2000 and Chairman in 2010. He is responsible for chairing the LLP Board, Investment Committee and Remuneration Committee. He read Psychology at University College, London and has an MBA from Manchester Business School.

    Mr. Khalid Al-Khowaiter is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Advanced Arabian Simulation Company (AASC), the Chairman of the Executive Committee of Accounting Standards (SOCPA), a Board member of Saudi Air Navigation Services (SANS), and the Chairman of Advanced Electronics Support Services Company (AESSCO).

    Mr. Khowaiter is currently the CFO at AEC with a proven track record and experience for setting strategic directions, initiating growth strategies, astute financial management, fine-tuning organizational resources to improve the bottom line, and increasing shareholder value.

    Mr. Khowaiter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University, and has passed the CPA exam from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, USA.

    Mr. Tariq Al-Sudairy is the Managing Director & CEO of Jadwa Investment Company.

    Prior to joining Jadwa, Mr. Al-Sudairy was a Senior Vice President at Amwal AlKhaleej, a regional private equity firm headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  

    Previously, Mr. Al-Sudairy was a Manager with McKinsey & Company, based in Dubai, UAE. 

    Earlier in his career, Mr. Al-Sudairy spent four years with Lexecon Inc., an economics consulting firm in Boston, MA. 

    Mr. Al-Sudairy is a member on the Boards of Directors of Alhokair Group, Tadawul and Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company – Luberef, 

    Mr. Al-Sudairy earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a B.A. with honorsin Economics from Williams College.
