Jadwa Saudi IPO Fund

Jadwa Saudi IPO Fund is an open equity fund that aims to provide long term capital growth through investing mainly in IPOs of Saudi company shares, shares of Saudi Companies that are listed on Tadawul for less than two years, and in the priority rights of Saudi companies. The Fund will invest only in Saudi Stock Market and according to Shariah guidelines, and it will not transfer any dividends to investors since the dividends will be re-invested in the Fund. The Fund is benchmarked against IdealRatings Saudi IPO Islamic Index (Total Return). This Fund is denominated in Saudi riyals and the minimum investment amount is SAR 10,000.

Investment Objective The Fund aims to provide long term capital growth through investing mainly in IPOs of Saudi company shares, shares of Saudi Companies that are listed on Tadawul for less than two years, and in the priority rights of Saudi companies in accordance with the Sharia guidelines.
Investment Strategies The Fund aims to invest its assets in IPOs that are compliant with the Sharia guidelines in the Saudi Stock Market, shares of Saudi Companies that are listed on Tadawul for less than two years, and in the priority rights of Saudi companies and any related financial instruments such as traded rights. The fund may invest 50% of its assets in other similar IPO funds that shares the same objectives and Shariah guidelines. The fund may also invest up to 50% of its assets in short term Murabaha or Murabaha funds, and up to 50% in Saudi/ GCC Sukuk or Sukuk Funds.

Subscription Fees 2% of Subscription / Additional Subscription amount as a maximum to be paid by the Investor to the Fund Manager, and such percentage shall be collected upon subscription 
Management Fees 1.95% of the Fund's Net Asset Value annually.
