    Chief Operating Officer

    An experienced professional with over 19 years of exposure in the banking sector and holder of CISA certification, he has been essential in establishing and enhancing Jadwa operations backbone as well as introducing a state of the art solutions to our internal and external clients.

  • Brad Bourland

    Chief Economist & Head of Proprietary Investment, CFA

    A former US diplomat and member of the US negotiating team for Saudi Arabia’s accession to the World Trade Organisation, Brad Bourland’s resume is impressive. The former chief economist of Samba Financial Group has had a total of 27 years of experience in the field of Middle Eastern economics and finance.

    Head of Investment Banking

    Previously a senior vice-president at Amwal Al Khaleej and a manager with McKinsey & Co, Tariq Al Sudairy brings more than 10 years of experience in advisory, investing and transaction to his position as head of investment banking at Jadwa.

  • Sarah Al-Suhaimi

    Head of Asset Management

    Sarah has been a key leader in the Asset Management team from the beginning, after joining Jadwa from Samba Financial Group, where she played a senior role in their asset management team managing high-net worth and insitutional portfolios.

  • Tharwat Amer

    Chief Financial Officer, CFA, CPA

    An expert in financial management, Tharwat Amer worked for advisory houses such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM in the US before moving to the GCC, where he worked in investment banks.

  • Nasser Al-Hamdan

    General Legal Counsel

    Being the General Counsel with 10 years of experience, Nasser also supervises the company’s Legal Department, Compliance & AML Unit, Shariah Group and the Corporate Secretary Office. Before joining Jadwa in 2007, he worked with Samba Financial Group as a senior Legal Counsel between 2003 and 2007 with an achievement of Service Excellence Award, before that back in 2002 he worked in the Southern District Court of Illinois, United States.

  • Bader Al-Omar

    Shariah Board Member & Shariah Group Head

    Bader has an experience over 12 years in Islamic Banking. Prior to joining Jadwa, he was heading the Shariah control department at Alrajhi Bank, where he also established and supervised a Shariah training department. He is currently the head of the Shariah group at Jadwa Investment and also a member of Jadwa Shariah Board, in addition he is a member of some international Islamic financial institutions’ Shariah Board. Bader has contributed in establishing the Shariah group in Jadwa by creating Shariah Control and Research & Development departments.

    With 10 years of GCC experience under his belt and 12 years of advisory experience, most notably with McKinsey & Co in Europe, the US and MENA, Jerry Todd’s strategic thinking capabilities give Jadwa an added advantage.

  • Bander Mogren

    Head Of Human Resources

    Bander has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining Jadwa, he spent 8 years in Saudi Telecom Company (STC) where he was actively involved in STC’s HR restructuring strategy and execution. Before that, Bander spent 2 years at the Saudi Commission for Tourism.

  • Faisal Al-Ayyoubi

    Managing Director Corporate Communications

    After 8 years with SABB (The Saudi British Bank) where he was heading the Marketing Department and was the co-manager of the rebranding of The Saudi British Bank, he joined Jadwa back in March 2006 and was behind the creation of the Jadwa brand and all the Marketing & PR activities of Jadwa.
