Jadwa Investment Company announces the availability of the interim financial statements of Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund.
The following is a summary of the results for the period ended 30 June 2026:
- Net Assets: 2,184,117,117 SAR
- Total Expenses and Fees: 49,614,205 SAR
- Net Profit/(Loss): 46,545,399 SAR
- Number of the Outstanding Units: 186,509,785
- Net Unit Value for Unit: 11.71 SAR
- Revenue of the period %: 3.34 %
- Additional Information:
The Fund net income and funds from operation for the period ended 30 June, 2026 (“the period”) do not include dividends from other underlying investment funds in which Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund invested in, as the underlying funds usually distribute dividends after the end of the period and are not reflected in the interim financial statements of Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund
