Tariq Al-Sudairy

Managing Director & CEO

Tariq Al-Sudairy is Jadwa’s Managing Director & CEO and the Chairman of the Executive Management Committee. Prior to joining Jadwa in 2011, Tariq was a Senior Vice President at Amwal AlKhaleej, Manager at McKinsey & Company, and Consultant at Lexecon Inc. In addition to Jadwa Investment, Tariq is on the board of Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company (Luberef) and The Financial Academy. Tariq holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School (USA) and a bachelor’s degree with honors from Williams College (USA).

Abdullah Al-Eisa

Chief Operating Officer

Abdullah Al-Eisa is Jadwa’s Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Executive Management Committee. He oversees the firm’s administration and premises, brokerage, information technology, and investment operations functions. Prior to joining Jadwa in 2007, Abdullah was General Manager of Remote Banking at Bank Albilad and General Manager of Jeel Internet Solutions, and worked at National Technology Group and the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA). Abdullah is a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and holds a bachelor’s degree from King Saud University (KSA).

Amer Afiouni

Chief Strategy Officer and Head of International Investments and Partnerships

Amer Afiouni is Jadwa’s Chief Strategy Officer, Head of International Investments and Partnerships, and member of the Executive Management Committee. He oversees the firm’s efforts to drive strategic initiatives, enhance business growth opportunities, and build capabilities across the organization. Prior to joining Jadwa in 2015, Amer was Partner at McKinsey & Company, Managing Partner of CDC Systems Middle East, and Information Technology Consultant at Compagnie General d’ Informatique and IBM companies. Amer holds an MBA degree from INSEAD (France) and a bachelor’s degrees from Ecole Polytechnique.

Bader Al-Omar

Head of Shariah Compliance

Bader Al-Omar is Jadwa’s Head of Shariah Compliance and a member of the Executive Management Committee. He oversees the firm’s Shariah control and research functions. Prior to joining Jadwa in 2008, Bader was Head of Shariah Audit at Al-Rajhi Bank. Mr. Al-Omar holds a master’s degree in law from Dar Al Uloom University (KSA) and a bachelor’s degree from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University (KSA).

Elie Elkhoury

Head of Private Equity

Elie Elkhoury is Jadwa’s Head of Private Equity and a member of the Executive Management Committee. He oversees the firm’s investment activity across private equity and mezzanine financing, as well as its investment banking advisory services across IPO, M&A, and privatization mandates. Prior to joining Jadwa in 2013, Elie was Vice President of Investment Banking at Citigroup Global Markets Limited. Elie has an MBA in finance and strategy from Essec Business School (France) and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the American University of Beirut (Lebanon).

Faisal Al-Rayes

Head of Asset Management and Chief Investment Officer

Faisal Al-Rayes is Jadwa's Head of Asset Management, Chief Investment Officer, and a member of the Executive Management Committee. He oversees the firm's funds and portfolios across public equity, fixed income, money market and multi-asset offerings. Prior to joining Jadwa in 2010, Faisal was a Research Analyst at Gabelli Asset Management and an Investment Analyst at the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI). Faisal is a CFA charter holder with an MS degree in investment management from Cass Business School (UK) and a bachelor's degree in business administration from University of Oregon (USA).

Farhan Hussain

Chief Financial Officer

Farhan Hussain is Jadwa’s Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Management Committee. He oversees the firm’s financial reporting, budgeting, balance sheet investment and liquidity management activities. Prior to joining Jadwa in 2009, Farhan was Finance and Treasury Manager at Amlak Finance, Senior Engagement Auditor at Ernst & Young, and Assistant Manager at Deloitte & Touche. Farhan is a Cost and Management Accountant (UK), Chartered Accountant (Pakistan), Certified Islamic Public Accountant (AAOFI, Bahrain), and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Karachi (Pakistan).

Ghanem Al-Ghanem

Head of Investment Advisory

Ghanem Al-Ghanem is Jadwa’s Head of Investment Advisory and a member of the Executive Management Committee. He oversees the firm’s investment advisory services. Prior to joining Jadwa in 2016, Ghanem was an Investment Analyst at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) and a Financial Analyst at KPMG. Ghanem is a CFA charter holder and Financial Risk Manager with an MBA and an MS from Drexel University (USA), an advanced certificate in portfolio management from New York University (USA), and a bachelor’s degree in quantitative methods from King Saud University (KSA).

Ghannam Al-Ghannam

Head of Private and Institutional Client Investments

Ghannam Al-Ghannam is Jadwa’s Head of Private and Institutional Client Investments and a member of the Executive Management Committee. He oversees the firm’s client relationship development and servicing across all offices. Prior to joining Jadwa in 2012, Ghannam was Senior Investment Advisor for private clients at HSBC Saudi Arabia. Ghannam is a certified financial planner with an MIS degree from Ohio University (USA) and a bachelor’s degree from Toledo University (USA).

Haitham Al-Ghannam

Head of Real Estate and Alternative Investments

Haitham Al-Ghannam is Jadwa’s Head of Real Estate and Alternatives and a member of the Executive Management Committee. He oversees the firm’s investment activity across private real estate funds, public real estate investment trust (REIT) funds, and private credit offerings. Prior to joining Jadwa in 2014, Haitham was the Head of Product Development in Asset Management at Swicorp. Haitham is a CFA charter holder with an MBA from Esade Business School (Spain) and a bachelor’s degree from King Saud University (KSA).

James Reeve

Chief Economist and Head of Research

James Reeve is Jadwa’s Head of Research and a member of the Executive Management Committee. He oversees the development and publishing of the firm’s research, including macroeconomic research, monthly chartbooks and special reports. Prior to joining Jadwa in 2022, James served as the Chief Economist Advisor for the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Investment. James holds a master’s degree in the political economy of Asia and Africa from the University of London (UK), and a bachelor’s degree in politics and modern history from the University of Manchester (UK).

Naif Abuhaimed

General Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Naif Abuhaimed is Jadwa’s General Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and a member of the Executive Management Committee. He oversees legal and compliance matters at the firm. He was previously Legal Counsel, joining Jadwa in 2011. Naif holds a master’s degree in financial markets from the University of East London in the United Kingdom and a bachelor’s degree in Islamic law from Umm Al-Qura University in Saudi Arabia.

Naif Al-Mutairi

Head of Human Resources

Naif Al-Mutairi is Jadwa’s Head of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Management Committee. He oversees the firm’s recruitment, training and development, performance management, retention, and HR administration functions across the organization. Prior to joining Jadwa in 2011, Naif was an Officer and Medical Records Specialist at King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital. Naif holds a master’s degree in human resource management from Keele University (UK) and a bachelor’s degree from King Saud University (KSA).
